Great tree, easy to assemble. i was able to do it by myself.

There was a slight crack, but they gave me a partial refund so I decided to use it. There is no wobble, and the baby can easily climb up to play.

It didn't match the height in Korea, so I cut it to 120mm. Use pliers to remove the string and tacka, then slowly cut the cylindrical paper little by little with a small saw. The black plastic at the top (about 50mm high) needs to be cut longer than that. Use pliers to remove the Takasim, place it on the cut surface, and secure it again with Takasim. After wrapping the string again, I fixed the top with tape and it's neat. It went well as expected, and I adjusted the vertical alignment with a laser. I placed it like this: left and right 1, front and back 1, and it stands vertically well. Rubber may be needed for the bottom and top. If you lightly touch it with your foot while walking, it slides slightly to the side. It was marked on the floor and also marked on the top. I think I'll have to take it off later and add more rubber.

This is the first time I ordered from Ali that they sent me a sturdy box package, so I received the item well. It's pretty good because it's similar to the picture.

received with more than 15 days of delay, stayed nearly 3 weeks waiting for the flight, but finally received! some small defects, but correctable with a little sanding (a sanding sheet is provided), plywood tray, in this case what is missing is an assembly manual, for someone who is handy using the example from the website photo, assembly is quick, I think I will finish it to varnish it to protect it.

The chat quality is good, I like it a lot. The platform is a bit small for a Maine Coon.

The floor height is 240cm, and after adjusting the top spring, it fits well. The wooden board and the connecting part are slippery, so we plan to use ropes and scratch pads to improve them. I am satisfied with the careful packaging of the box.

I noticed that the packaging box had plastic wrapped around the corners, which seems to prioritize product safety. I'm satisfied for now. One side of the pillar was crushed, but it doesn't seem to be a major issue for use, so I'm going to use it.

The product is really great, completely intact and all the parts were there. The only problem is the delivery. It took over a month for it to be delivered. The company kept saying that this was normal for a large package and that there was nothing wrong. But now that I have the product, I've completely forgotten how long it took.

Great tree, the cats all love it. It's just a pity the logistics company damaged it during transit. It's repairable, but not the point when shipping companies should be taking greater care when transporting freight.

I am satisfied with the cat tower. It's sturdy and easy to assemble. It's difficult to assemble alone, but you need two people to help. It does have a smell, but I'm satisfied considering the price.

It is of very good quality, I do recommend that before assembling it, make templates with the bases of each piece, to be able to make foam cushions lined with waterproof sofa fabric (as is my case). I will order different versions in the future.
